SAAB chip conveyors are installed in over 100 machines in and around Bangalore and running without any issues since two years. These chip conveyors are simple in design and serves the purpose comfortably with several advantages as listed under the products section.

Tough Tools has put up a CNC automatic machine that can take up manufacturing of new saws from imported saw blade blanks, resharpening of various tooth profiles like BW, C, CHIP BREAKER PROFILE etc with the required precision as per the international standards and keeping in mind to achieve the low cost per cut for the esteemed customers.

The equipments used are with the proven German technology which helps in achieving the accuracies in line with the standards adopted by most of the European saw blade makers.Our saw sharpener can take up sizes from diameters 140~800 mm and with tooth pitch 1~25mm.
